Return Policy
A little guidance to make your return as straightforward as possible.
Returning your order
Eligible orders delivered within the UAE can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
For international orders, please send your return back to us in Dubai. Once we receive the items, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
How to request a return
- Open our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a return or exchange.
- Our team will contact you to arrange collection. For UAE returns, Little Giggles will arrange a courier pickup within 3 working days.
- Pack the eligible items securely in their original packaging, ready for collection.
Items excluded from returns
The following are not eligible for return, replacement or exchange:
- Hygiene-related products, including swimwear, headbands, socks, footwear, potty-training items, teethers and feeding products.
- Personalised items made especially for you.
- Products that have been fully assembled, including ride-on toys, playpens, Montessori busy houses and indoor or outdoor playsets.
- Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are no longer in the condition in which you received them.
